How to Print 2 / 4 / 6 / 9 PDF Pages per Sheet — Free N-up Tool
Combine multiple PDF pages onto one sheet — 2-up, 4-up, 6-up, 9-up. Free, no sign-up, no watermark.
Lecture slides handed out to a hundred students at full page-size use a hundred sheets of paper. The same slides 4-up use 25 sheets. Travel printers cost a dollar a page in some cities. N-up turns a paper bill into pocket money.
When you actually need N-up Layout
Lecture handouts (4-up saves 75% paper), conference programs in a compact format, draft reviews where you want a single sheet showing four pages at once, before/after comparison handouts.

Common problems and how to avoid them
Text is too small to read
Step down from 9-up to 4-up or 2-up. The trade-off is fewer pages per sheet but readable content.
Wanted some pages full-size
Run two passes — N-up the body, leave the cover alone, merge.
Border looks wrong
Toggle it off if your pages already have margins, on if they bleed to the edge.
A short word on privacy
Three things to know. One: files go over TLS 1.3. Two: files are encrypted at rest while we process them, then deleted automatically within one hour. Three: we don't look at your files or train on them.
